“I started attending Sarah’s classes shortly after my first baby was born. Sarah was very friendly and I felt welcomed. I had never been one to attend exercise classes before but realise now how much more I get out of them rather than exercising on my own. Exercising with others improves my technique and boosts my motivation and drive. I lost my baby weight and toned my core muscles to  better than before my baby!  I fell pregnant again and still attended Sarah’s classes, she tailored the exercises to suit my stages of pregnancy. Having better core muscles led to less aches and pains during the whole pregnancy for which I was eternally gratefully for! My second baby is now 7 weeks old and I shall be returning again to Sarah’s classes as I love going to them and seeing the results I want, thank you Sarah!”
