“I started going to Sarah’s classes when my baby was just 9 weeks old. Before my pregnancy I was a keen runner, so I couldn’t wait to get back into an exercise regime. My pregnancy left me with very weak core muscles and if it hadn’t have been for Sarah, I would never have known that I had diastasis (split tummy muscles). Sarah’s class was the perfect way to gently rebuild the strength in my core muscles and to slowly regain my fitness. 10 months on and I still love going to Sarah’s classes. It’s been a great way to meet other mums and I love the fact that I can bring my baby with me. He’s now old enough to be thoroughly entertained as he watches me and the other mums doing the different exercises! I still haven’t managed to dust off my running shoes, although I’m confident that with Sarah’s help I’ll soon feel strong enough to return to the sport I love. Thank you Sarah!”
