Through weekly one to one sessions and group circuit training, Sarah helped me achieve my goal of walking a marathon distance for the Moonwalk 2014. Sarah’s positive approach and belief in my abilities helped her to push my workouts and build my stamina.
Her workouts are fun, varied and tailored to your needs and goals. She also really helped focus my mind on healthy eating and identifying foods to help fuel the journey.
Now that’s completed, I’m looking forward to working with Sarah again to get in shape for my holiday!
