Sessions/block bookings must be paid in advance, via the links on this website, or by bank transfer. No refunds can be made except in exceptional circumstances.

1 x Personal Training session (1 hour) – £42

  • Email or telephone discussion on your goals prior to session
  • Heath screening/ lifestyle forms will be emailed prior to session

If, after your initial session, you decide to proceed with a 6 or 10 session block booking, the cost of the initial session will be offset against the cost of the block booking and one class deducted – so lower price for class is then paid.

6 x Personal Training sessions (each 1 hour) – £220 (£37 per session)
Includes:

  • Complementary 30 minute meeting to discuss what you want to achieve and how we will do it. At this meet I will also take height, weight and body measurements.
  • All necessary paperwork on lifestyle, health and current fitness will be emailed/ sent to you for completion. These will need to be returned prior to our first session, as will form the basis of the bespoke programmes that I will generate.
    • Week 1 fitness assessment.
    • Week 5 fitness re-assessment. Repeat of week 1 assessment, but focussing on performance and improvement over the first four weeks
    • Bespoke training programme for use outside of our 1-1 training sessions
    • Enthusiastic trainer motivating you between sessions, by text or email, if you are in agreement for me to do so.

10 x Personal Training sessions (each 1 hour) – £340 (£34 per session)
Includes:

  • Same features as 6 week block but an additional fitness assessment will be conducted at week 9.

2-1 and up to 5-1 Training Sessions are also now available – split the cost with friends! Contact me for further information.
